Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction site operations
• Perform site measurements and leveling
• Handle material quantity and labour assessments
• Ensure project execution meets quality and safety standards
• Work under pressure and manage tight project deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience (preferably in house construction)
• Qualification in BSc / BEng / NDT / HNDE / NDES / C&G or equivalent
• Ability to work extended hours and under pressure
• Strong knowledge in site measurements and levels
• Experience in material and labour assessments
• Male candidates from Colombo area preferred
• Age preferably below 35 years
• Driving license (with or without motorbike) preferred
