Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day factory operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet targets
• Develop systems to optimize productivity and production standards
• Set and review machine parameters during start-up processes
• Ensure maximum production efficiency and product quality
• Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
• Train and guide production floor staff
• Assist in implementing production planning strategies
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures
• Stay updated with latest production management practices

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in B.Sc. (Production / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in extruder production (added advantage)
• Knowledge of SAP systems (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
