Job Description

Synogen is looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee company’s financial operations and reporting functions
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic financial guidance for business growth and investments

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified in CA (Chartered Accountant) or CIMA (UK)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in power or renewable energy sector (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax regulations
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
