The Industrial Engineering Executive will be responsible for production planning, SMV optimization, line balancing, and process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in garment manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Review line loading plans and identify new/repeat styles
• Analyze and confirm thread consumption for production
• Participate in pre-production (PP) meetings
• Monitor line performance based on SMV calculations
• Implement line balancing strategies to improve output
• Improve handling methods and workplace arrangements
• Manage smooth style changeovers and production transitions

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma / Professional qualification
• Minimum 4 years managerial experience in a large apparel plant (400+ operators)
• Total 10 years experience in SMV improvement, line balancing, and operations
• Strong knowledge in operation sequence, process improvement, and inventory management
• Valid GSD License
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills
• Experience in JASTECA / AOTS programs is an advantage
• Knowledge in Lean Management / Project Management preferred
