Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with substantial hands-on experience in industrial boilers and thermal engineering systems
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment
- Experience in project execution, site supervision, technical reporting and coordination with customers and technical teams
- Valid driving license
- Male candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for technical operations, site activities and after-sales service
- Install, test, commission, troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial boilers and related equipment
- Supervise project sites and coordinate with customers and technical teams
- Identify technical problems, conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
- Prepare technical reports
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial boilers, combustion systems, burners, pressure and piping systems and related mechanical equipment
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel to project sites island-wide as required
Additional advantages:
- Experience with industrial incinerators, waste-management equipment or other thermal-processing systems
- Experience in mechanical fabrication, welding, insulation and industrial plant maintenance
