Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Full or part qualification in SLIM or CIM will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Good knowledge of credit evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for leasing and finance solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist customers in completing application forms and gathering required documentation.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote financial products.
• Ensure documentation and verification processes comply with company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve post-sale issues promptly.
• Follow up on collections and renewals when required.
