Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Degree or Professional Qualification in one of the following fields:
  • Business Management
  • Banking
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in Credit Management or Financial Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• At least 02 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in branch operations, sales, portfolio growth, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business objectives.
• Drive business growth through sales, portfolio development, and customer relationship management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage, motivate, and develop branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare management reports, and implement action plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute branch growth strategies to achieve business targets.

• Sound understanding of lending, deposits, compliance, and operational controls.
