Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Professional qualifications such as:
  • ACII (UK)
  • CII Diploma (SLII)
  • AIII
  • Completed or partly qualified candidates will have an added advantage.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in Group Life/Surgical Insurance, particularly in:
  • Underwriting
  • Claims
• Sound knowledge of insurance operations and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline the quotation issuance process for the Group Life & Surgical Division.
• Handle and respond to quotation-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operational activities while achieving departmental service benchmarks.
• Coordinate and follow up on IT-related requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support continuous operational excellence within the underwriting department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of Group Life and Surgical insurance underwriting.
