Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with good results.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Fresh applicants and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in insurance operations or underwriting will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process underwriting applications received through alternative channels.
• Ensure underwriting activities comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate underwriting records and databases.
• Analyze underwriting data and prepare reports for management.
• Prepare regular underwriting reports and operational documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient insurance operations.
• Support continuous improvement of underwriting processes and service quality.
