Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop content from initial concepts through to finished posts.
• A portfolio of previous work is required, including social media pages managed, videos created, marketing campaigns or freelance samples.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI video and image generation tools such as Runway, Sora, Pika, CapCut AI features or similar platforms.
• Ability to write clear, engaging and on-brand captions and marketing copy.
• Experience in marketing for B2B brands will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative campaign and content ideas aligned with business objectives, including product launches, seasonal promotions, brand awareness and B2B/trade visibility campaigns.
• Plan, shoot and produce photo and video content for the brand at company facilities and other required locations.
• Create polished and informative video content using AI-assisted video and image tools, including product showcases, explainers, reels and advertisements.
• Manage the company’s day-to-day social media presence, including posting, captions and community engagement.
• Identify suitable platforms and content approaches for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and business priorities.
• Monitor engagement and reach and use performance insights to improve content strategies.
• Work closely with sales and production teams to understand products and transform product information into engaging content stories.

Required Skills

• Strong creative thinking and campaign planning skills.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Ability to create and edit photo and video content.
• Practical knowledge of AI-powered video and image generation tools.
• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand business objectives and convert them into engaging marketing content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce quality content efficiently.
