Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is inviting applications from highly competent and experienced professionals for the position of Manager – Men’s National Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing team operations, logistics, compliance, administration, player welfare, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of Sri Lanka’s Men’s National Cricket Teams. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of operating in a high-performance sporting environment while managing multiple priorities and supporting national team success.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Sports Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
- Considerable experience in sports administration, team management, event management, or a related field
- Experience working with national teams, professional sports organizations, or high-performance environments will be a distinct advantage
- Proven experience coordinating logistics, travel arrangements, accommodation, and operational requirements for teams
- Experience in stakeholder management and liaising with coaches, athletes, officials, service providers, and governing bodies
- Previous playing experience at club, provincial, first-class, national, or international level will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to team rules, Codes of Conduct, and disciplinary standards
- Coordinate team logistics including travel, accommodation, visa arrangements, insurance, and transport
- Manage team equipment, clothing, and supplies while ensuring accountability and timely provision
- Liaise with travel agents, service providers, and relevant authorities for efficient tour operations
- Oversee financial processes including per diems, imprest funds, and tour-related documentation
- Coordinate training schedules, internal logistics, and external operational requirements
- Ensure player welfare, safety, and security in consultation with relevant authorities and specialists
- Act as the primary administrative liaison between players, coaching staff, support staff, and management
- Prepare and submit tour reports, operational reports, and financial documentation within stipulated timelines
- Address operational issues and maintain effective communication with all team stakeholders
