The successful candidate will oversee admissions, patient services, customer relations, and front-office operations while ensuring seamless coordination between departments and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in:
- Hospital Administration
- Healthcare Management
- Business Administration
- Management
- Marketing
- Or a related field
- Candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, hospital services, airline customer service, or patient service operations will receive special consideration.
- MBA or MSc in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in:
- Hospital admissions
- Front office operations
- Patient services
- Customer relations
- Hospitality management
- Healthcare administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in IPD admissions, insurance processing, corporate patient management, bed management, and front office operations will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all admissions and patient service operations.
- Oversee patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed allocation processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination with medical, nursing, billing, insurance, and corporate departments.
- Enhance patient experience and service quality throughout the patient journey.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze service performance data and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage admissions and patient service teams, including performance reviews and staff development.
- Ensure 24/7 operational excellence and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
