Job Positions & Requirements

Commis I

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
• 2–4 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts and extended hours

Commis II

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Basic culinary training or equivalent practical knowledge
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Commis III

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
• Energetic and disciplined personality
• Ability to work shifts

Kitchen Helper

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Hardworking and reliable
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Steward

Requirements

• Previous stewarding or cleaning experience preferred
• Good understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Responsible and punctual
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Waiter / Waitress

Requirements

• Previous waiter or service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with customer-service mindset
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
