Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing creatives for:
  • Social media
  • Web banners
  • Email campaigns
  • Brochures
  • Posters
  • Flyers
  • Packaging materials
• Developing visual concepts under senior designer guidance
• Modifying existing templates and designs for multiple formats
• Ensuring all visuals follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborating with:
  • Copywriters
  • Marketing teams
  • Other departments
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation
• Preparing production-ready artwork files
• Maintaining high-quality output standards and attention to detail
• Keeping up with latest design trends, tools, and industry practices
• Organizing and maintaining design assets and file libraries

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in:
  • Graphic Design
  • Visual Communication
  • Related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
• Knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of:
  • Typography
  • Layout principles
  • Color theory
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design execution skills
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Openness to feedback and collaborative work
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on quality output
