Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary contact point for enrolled PDU students
• Coordinating onboarding and orientation activities
• Monitoring student attendance, engagement, and progression
• Handling student inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Coordinating with trainers and academic teams regarding learner issues
• Supporting assessment scheduling and certification processes
• Conducting feedback surveys and collecting learner insights
• Maintaining accurate student records and reports
• Supporting student retention and repeat enrollment initiatives
• Escalating critical student issues to management when required

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Operations
  • Administration
  • Customer service
• Strong self-motivation and target-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with students and staff
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
