Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing IIT social media accounts
• Planning, posting, scheduling, and engaging with online audiences
• Running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on:
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Ads
• Driving SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and rankings
• Monitoring campaign performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • Platform insights
• Reporting on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research
• Managing digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI
• Performing A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Collaborating with marketing teams to maintain brand consistency

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Digital Media
  • Digital Marketing
  • IT
  • Related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Professional digital marketing certifications will be an advantage, including:
  • Google Ads
  • HubSpot
  • Meta Blueprint
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SEO
  • SEM
  • Social media management
  • Analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as:
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho
• Basic understanding of:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
