Qualifications & Experience

Junior IT Executive

• 1 – 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts.
• Knowledge of firewall and antivirus systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

IT Intern

• Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and operating systems.
• Basic awareness of IT security and networking concepts including firewall and antivirus systems.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Junior IT Executive

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to desktops, laptops, email, and applications.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and inventory.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and basic security tasks.
• Support and monitor firewall systems and antivirus solutions.
• Ensure endpoint security by updating and managing antivirus software.
• Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff when required.

IT Intern

• Assist with basic IT support activities.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Assist with computer system maintenance and user support.
• Learn and support IT security and networking activities.
• Assist the IT team with assigned technical tasks.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned responsibilities within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Awareness of IT security practices.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
