Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support marketing, digital content creation, and promotional activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, producing visual materials, and contributing to brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 4 or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of video editing or AI-based creative tools will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of English and Sinhala.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit branches and communities for photo and video shoots when required.
• Capture photos and videos for marketing and promotional activities.
• Create and edit short videos, including Facebook Reels.
• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
• Assist in developing creative content for online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing requirements.
• Maintain quality and consistency of marketing materials.

Required Skills

• Creative design and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Video editing skills using tools such as CapCut.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for marketing-related activities when required.
