Qualifications & Experience

• Part or full professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• Mandatory exposure to credit operations.
• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and effective solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues.
• Participate in business development activities and stay updated on market trends.
• Support branch objectives and contribute towards achieving business targets.
