Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, including 1–2 years in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of telemarketing operations and customer engagement practices.
• Experience managing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, telephony systems, and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and business conversion.
• Convert marketing leads into sales revenue opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule the telemarketing sales team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Maintain quality standards across all customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer escalations and implement effective resolution processes.
• Conduct performance monitoring and provide guidance to improve team productivity.
• Support business growth initiatives related to leasing and fixed deposit products.
