Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• A Diploma from a recognized university or part qualification in ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in auditing at a reputable audit firm will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and assertive approach to work.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report the performance of departments, mini laboratories, and collection centers.
• Perform revenue and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor utility payments for mini laboratories and collection centers.
• Assist the Management Accountant with MIS reporting.
• Support internal and external audit activities while ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor departmental expenditure to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other duties assigned by the Management Accountant or Head of Department.
