Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in steel fabrication workshop operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Ability to supervise workshop activities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising steel fabrication workshop operations.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
• Coordinate daily fabrication and production activities.
• Monitor quality standards during fabrication.
• Support workshop planning and production scheduling.
