Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a part or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
• Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• Mandatory exposure to credit operations and lending activities.
• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the branch portfolio by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing client relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service through prompt and effective financial solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage associated risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and resolve customer concerns.
• Participate in business development initiatives and remain updated on market trends and industry developments.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support branch growth objectives.
