Qualifications & Experience

• Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examinations (excluding General English).
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Trilingual conversational ability will be a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts, rotating shifts, weekends, and other shift-based schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications (MS Office/Excel).
• Dynamic team player with a positive attitude.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Ideally between 18 and 25 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate customer call records and service documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving customer concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Follow the Bank’s customer service standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
