Qualifications & Experience

• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in lease recoveries at a reputed finance company.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Good understanding of recovery procedures, collections, and customer negotiations.
• Ability to work independently while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned recovery and collection targets for allocated portfolios.
• Investigate, follow up, and negotiate with high-risk customers to minimize Non-Performing Loan (NPL) levels.
• Conduct customer visits, resolve inquiries, and establish practical repayment plans.
• Prepare monthly recovery plans and monitor default accounts.
• Submit recovery performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth branch recovery operations.
• Maintain accurate recovery records while complying with company policies and procedures.
