Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MS SQL databases ensuring:
  • Performance
  • Security
  • Availability
• Execute SQL queries, data handling, and data warehousing operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Respond to IT and database-related support requests promptly.
• Administer and troubleshoot:
  • Windows 10 and above
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
• Oversee network technologies including:
  • LAN
  • WAN
  • Wi-Fi
  • VPN
  • Patch management
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and operational procedures.
• Support enterprise software systems and reporting solutions.
• Utilize advanced Excel features such as:
  • VLOOKUP
  • Formulas
  • Reporting functions
• Collaborate with teams to support IT projects and operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
  • IT administration
  • Database management
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in MS SQL database administration.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • MS SQL
  • SQL queries
  • Database administration
• Experience in Crystal Report development will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of:
  • C#
  • VB.NET
  • PHP
    will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
