Key Responsibilities

As an Intern in our Jaffna office, you will play a vital role in customer service and administrative support. Your duties will include:

• Preferred Qualification: A diploma in Ticketing and Reservations from a recognized institute is a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Proactive, self-motivated, and possessing sound interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.
