Qualifications & Experience
- An undergraduate or graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA, or having completed AAT will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation and supporting schedules
- Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities
- Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports and other financial reports
- Support tax-related activities and ensure the timely preparation of relevant documentation
- Assist in handling internal and external audit queries and providing the required supporting information
- Support banking-related activities and coordinate finance-related documentation
- Perform administrative finance duties and other tasks assigned by the Finance team
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Good organisational, communication and time management skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support daily finance operations
