Qualifications & Experience
- Previous cashier experience, preferably in a club or hospitality environment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card and other payment transactions accurately
- Process customer bills and payments using the POS system
- Maintain accurate cash records and balance the cash drawer
- Coordinate with the service staff to ensure smooth billing operations
- Handle customer bills, receipts and payment inquiries professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and follow club policies and financial procedures
- Ensure accuracy and accountability in all transactions
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
