Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise underwriting, claims, and servicing processes
• Oversee daily operations to meet agreed service standards
• Coordinate with branch and sales teams
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 passes in GCE A/L and 6 passes in GCE O/L (including credit passes for Mathematics & English)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance field
• Insurance-related professional qualification is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Sinhala
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
