Job Description

Finco Technologies is a rapidly expanding IT solutions company committed to innovation and client satisfaction. The Technical Coordinator will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the technical team on client schedules and operations
• Handle help desk support and respond to customer inquiries
• Manage supplier registration and related processes
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and documentation
• Raise sales orders and coordinate supplier invoices
• Perform ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks
• Generate accurate reports for management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (IT sector preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
