Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading e-commerce enterprise, is looking for skilled Procurement Controllers to manage and optimize procurement activities. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement activities to identify pricing discrepancies and cost leakages
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and approval procedures
• Evaluate and source from cost-effective and reliable suppliers
• Monitor supplier pricing, performance, and reliability
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting risks and improvement areas
• Conduct field visits and supplier assessments when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement, finance, or audit practices
• Strong ability to analyze and evaluate pricing issues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong integrity
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to conduct field visits
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
