Job Description

Finco Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions provider known for innovation and customer-focused services. The company is seeking a skilled CCTV Technician to handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance systems and related IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems (IP & Analog)
• Configure and manage panic alarm systems
• Handle hardware and software setup for laptops and desktops
• Perform network configuration and troubleshooting for IP-based systems
• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure proper functioning of all surveillance systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
• NVQ Level 4 (preferred) or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of IP & Analog camera configuration
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
• Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork
