Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading e-commerce company, is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service. The role requires handling calls, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with internal teams when needed
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work on night shifts and roster basis
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Tamil language skills will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
• Age between 26 – 35 years
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
