Job Description

HNB Life PLC is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to support its sales and partnership operations. The role involves handling reports, monitoring performance, supporting distribution channels, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales teams and distribution channels
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and MIS reports
• Monitor business performance against targets
• Handle data validation, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
• Support incentive calculations, commission processing, and campaign tracking
• Assist in system updates, onboarding processes, and code creation
• Maintain proper documentation of sales-related records
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in sales administration or insurance operations (preferred)
• Knowledge of life insurance products and processes is an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with MIS reporting and data management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
