Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Handle employee relations and HR administration
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support performance management and staff development programs
- Coordinate training and HR policies implementation
- Manage attendance, leave and disciplinary procedures
Required Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
- Fluency in Tamil and Sinhala
