Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Diploma, undergraduate qualification, degree, or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Prepare, maintain and manage HR documentation and employee personal files
- Draft and issue HR letters, employment-related documents and other correspondence
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR information systems
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
