Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure precision across data systems and compliance with HR processes
- Manage payroll and performance activities
- Coordinate insurance claims and welfare programs
- Maintain accurate documentation, resolve system errors, and adhere to legal, safety and environmental standards
