Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s Degree or MBA will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the healthcare or healthcare-related industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s integrated sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth across hospital and laboratory services.
• Lead and inspire high-performing hospital and laboratory sales teams to consistently exceed business targets.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with corporate clients, insurance providers, embassies, government institutions, healthcare networks, consultants, and referral partners.
• Expand corporate healthcare programmes, patient acquisition initiatives, and laboratory referral networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market leadership.
• Prepare and present strategic sales performance reports, forecasts, and commercial initiatives to senior management.
