🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Finalize monthly & annual financial accounts
• Prepare management accounts, budgets & forecasts
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc management reports
• Manage working capital & treasury operations
• Design and monitor internal control systems & SOPs
• Oversee payments and trade receivables
• Monitor and approve procurements
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Management
• Fully or partially qualified in:
  • CA
  • CIMA
  • ACCA

💡 Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years experience in similar role
• Experience in agriculture/manufacturing sector preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software & ERP systems
• Strong communication and planning skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
