Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Pharmacy
  • Or a related field.
• Relevant experience in:
  • Pharmacy
  • Medical claims handling (preferred).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and authorize medical claims within assigned limits in accordance with company guidelines.
• Handle complex and sensitive claim rejections using appropriate technical knowledge.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency within the department.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and medical claims procedures.
• Support the Non-Motor Claims team in maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.
