Job Overview
The Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency is inviting applications for the position of Driver. This is an excellent government sector employment opportunity for experienced heavy vehicle drivers who are interested in serving a national institution operating under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

Qualifications & Experience
External Applicants
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Passed six (06) subjects with at least two (02) credit passes in not more than two sittings at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination
Professional Qualifications
- A valid heavy vehicle driving license issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic
AND
- Minimum three (03) years of experience driving vehicles after obtaining the driving license
Internal Applicants
Applicants should possess:
- A valid heavy vehicle driving license issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic
AND
- Minimum three (03) years of experience driving vehicles after obtaining the driving license
AND
- Completed minimum five (05) years satisfactory service in the Primary Unskilled (PL 1) Service Category
Additional Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be citizens of Sri Lanka
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform duties
- Possess excellent moral character
- Be willing to serve in any part of the island
Key Responsibilities
- Transport officials and staff for official duties
- Assist in maintaining transport operations efficiently
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in good running condition
- Record travelling details in running charts
- Maintain fuel records and vehicle usage information
- Support transport-related administrative activities
- Ensure compliance with road safety and institutional regulations
