Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Sri Lankan Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Driver.
• Experience supporting senior executives or Directors is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of vehicle mechanics and basic troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Colombo and surrounding areas.
• Professional appearance, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport Directors to business meetings, appointments, and other locations as required.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure efficient route planning.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and monitor vehicle performance.
• Identify and address minor mechanical issues when necessary.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and renewals.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and in excellent working condition at all times.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
