🎓 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Management / Marketing (added advantage) 🎓
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Care (Telecom / Banking preferred)
• Age below 28 years (preferred)
• Good technical knowledge of mobile phones & data devices 📱
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 💬
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Sinhala & English – Mandatory
• Tamil – Added advantage
