The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with machinery and equipment parts, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and supporting inventory operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent.
• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably within industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or a related industry.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in the Tamil language is mandatory.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on customer requirements, machine specifications, and part numbers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across machinery and industrial equipment parts.
• Report stock discrepancies, slow-moving inventory, and urgent stock requirements to the Parts Manager or Inventory Controller.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all sales transactions and internal records.
• Provide professional customer service at the sales counter.
• Support inventory management and ensure smooth parts sales operations.
