ESOL College International is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join their marketing team at the Pannipitiya campus.

Role Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time.

• Primary Objective: To bring the brand to life across digital platforms by creating content that resonates with students, parents, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content: Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, and static posts for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Copywriting: Write compelling captions, scripts, and campaign copy that align with the brand voice.

• Content Planning: Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Production & Editing: Edit videos and create visuals using tools like CapCut, Canva, and mobile editing apps.

• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages to engage with the online community.

• Support Media Shoots: Support photography and video shoots for campus events, student life, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive (2–3 years preferred).

• Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok algorithms, trends, and what makes content go viral.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, and mobile video editing apps.

• Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.

• Soft Skills: High creativity, adaptability, a proactive attitude, and thorough attention to detail regarding grammar and brand alignment.
