Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Providing effective customer solutions for inquiries
• Assisting customers with banking-related services and products
• Educating customers about the bank’s product offerings
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Supporting 24/7 contact centre operations

Applicant Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Age between 20 to 35 years
• Passed:
  • G.C.E O/L
  • Edexcel O/L
  • Cambridge O/L
• Credit passes for:
  • Mathematics
  • English
• Experience in contact centre or call centre operations will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work in shift-based environments
• Problem-solving and listening skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Trilingual or bilingual communication skills will be preferred
