🧾 Job Description

Cinnamon Life is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support kitchen operations and ensure high standards in food preparation. As a Commis I, you will assist in preparing meals while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency in line with international hospitality standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for the staff cafeteria
• Ensure timely production and service of food items
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP guidelines)
• Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
• Follow instructions from senior chefs to maintain consistency in quality and presentation
• Assist in receiving and checking supplies for quality and freshness
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

🧠 Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel or large-scale catering preferred)
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good teamwork, time management, and reliability
