Job Description

Central Finance is looking for an exceptional individual to lead branch operations, manage business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth functioning of branch operations
• Achieve targets related to sales volumes, profits, and market share
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver high performance
• Expand customer portfolio through partnerships and relationship building
• Ensure compliance with credit, leasing, deposits, and recovery processes
• Safeguard branch assets through proper supervision and control

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Credit Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or as Assistant Manager/Executive in a reputed financial institution
• Strong knowledge of Leasing, Credit, Deposits, and Recovery operations
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
