Key Requirements
The successful candidate will be a results-oriented leader with the following qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Branch Manager within a Banking or Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI).
Functional Expertise: Proven experience in fund mobilization, commercial/personal lending, and an excellent track record in recovery mechanisms.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Management.
Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications in CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent body will be considered an added advantage.
Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to efficiently lead a team of approximately ten staff members.
Performance: Capability to successfully achieve all set business and financial targets.
Soft Skills: Excellent Public Relations (PR) and negotiation skills are essential.
Core Responsibilities
Operations Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Business Growth: Driving fund mobilization and lending growth to meet and exceed profitability targets.
Portfolio Quality: Managing the recovery process and maintaining high standards of portfolio health.
Customer Relations: Building and maintaining high-value customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Team Mentorship: Leading and developing branch staff through coaching and performance management.
